The national student meal system accepts vouchers between 07:00 and 24:00. Check the opening hours and the voucher window at both our locations.

We are open after midnight, but the voucher is no longer valid by law
Both our locations in the centre of Ljubljana stay open late into the night (until 01:00, or 02:00 / 03:00 at weekends). The national voucher system stops automatically at 24:00. If you arrive after midnight, we will gladly serve you the same fresh dishes at the regular menu prices.
HOW TO
TERMINAL & RULES
How to use your voucher, step by step
You can use your voucher with the mobile app over NFC or with a student chip card. Here is exactly where to hold it against the terminal.
Mobile phone (NFC / app)
Hold your phone against the lower edge of the terminal, from the front.
- •Make sure NFC is switched on in your phone settings.
- •If the terminal does not detect your phone, you can choose Manual code entry in the app.
2 vouchers per calendar day
Every student is entitled to 2 subsidies a day, on every day of the year, weekends and holidays included.
At least 4 hours apart
At least 4 hours must pass between your first and second voucher on the same day before the system allows a new confirmation.
Time window 07:00 – 24:00
All student vouchers in Slovenia can be used between 07:00 in the morning and midnight (24:00).
ID when you collect
When using a voucher you may be asked by staff to show an identity document or a valid student card.

FIRST REGISTRATION
First time using vouchers? Register in 3 simple steps
You only do this once, when you enrol at university or college; after that you renew your status each academic year through the app.

Fill in the online application on the official Student Meals portal. Note down your application number when you submit it.

Take your application number, an identity document and proof of enrolment to any info point (for example ŠOU Ljubljana or Kampus).
